General Guidelines

  • All sales are final.
  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
  • Returns for reasons such as color variation, change of mind, or sizing issues due to incorrect measurements are not accepted.

Exceptions for Returns/Exchanges

We allow returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

    • Report any defects or damage within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us.
    • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
    • Return shipping costs will be covered by Sammaira Man.
  2. Incorrect Items Delivered

    • If you receive an item not matching your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Include your order number and product photos.
    • Return shipping costs for incorrect items will be covered by Sammaira Man.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order garments (e.g., wedding sherwanis, accessories, alterations).
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
  • Products with minor variations in color or embellishments due to handcrafted designs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at sammairaman@gmail.com or call 516-937-7726 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the product (for defective, damaged, or incorrect items)
    • A description of the issue
  3. Once verified, you’ll receive instructions for next steps.

Shipping and Handling

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, a nominal reshipping fee may apply.

Refunds and Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued as store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
